Student	Grade	Why was this student deserving of this honor?
Yeilen Gonzalez	Pre-K Counts	Yeilen was picked because she is always friendly and follows school rules. She adapted to school very nicely even though she spoke very little English when she started school. It is amazing how much she learned this year. Inspite of the language barrier, she was able to observe what other students were doing and made the right choices as well as picked up on so much new information.
Bobby Schoopy	Kindergarten	Bobby is an excellent student who always does his best in any task given to him. Bobby always raises his hand to answer questions and is an amazing listener. He is a great role model and friend to all of his classmates. He is a real joy to be around!
Michael Conches	First Grade	Michael was chosen for his positive attitude and continual willingness to help others. He also is a very hard worker and always strives to do his best!
Vincent Kehler	Second Grade	Vincent is a hard-working student. He is always willing to help his teacher and classmates. He enjoys reading, playing his DS and Pokemon cards.
Michael Smith	Third Grade	Michael just recently moved from Philadelphia to Mount Carmel and has done a great job adjusting to his new school. He works very hard and always follows our classroom rules. He is very respectful and has excellent manners. Michael is a great friend to his classmates and is a joy to have in class. Great job Michael!
Bruce Carl	Fourth Grade	Bruce is an excellent student and a pleasure to have in class. He is a hard worker who always offers his insight. Bruce is extremely polite and interacts well with his peers.
Rita Hanson	Fifth Grade	Rita is a great student for several reasons. You can always count on Rita to do her best. Rita always works hard and never complains. She is very kind to her fellowclassmates, and teachers. Congratulations Rita!
Anthony Moser	Sixth Grade	Anthony is an exemplary student. He is hardworking and excels in all his classes. He is kind, helpful, and a pleasure to have in class. His positive attitude and fun-loving personality make him an asset to any classroom. Congratulations, Anthony!
