Mount Carmel Area Elementary and Junior-High School V.I.P. Club (Visionary and Imaginative People Club) is an after-school program funded by the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant providing help with homework, literacy skills, recreation and arts and crafts. The program goals are to help students increase their academic performance and improve attendance while empowering them to overcome their educational challenges.
