Tornado Buddy Bag Program

The Mount Carmel Area School District continues to spearhead a fundraising campaign in an attempt to help fund the “Tornado Buddy Bag” program for the 2018-2019 school year. The program sends home bags of food, every weekend, to needy students and families.  Students qualify for free lunch and breakfast during school days, but often don’t have any or enough food for weekends.  Your generosity allows those students to have enough to eat throughout the weekend and be more prepared to be good learners every day of the week.  Find out more information and how you can help MCA students succeed.

Donations to help support the program can made made to the Mount Carmel Area Education Foundation.

The Mount Carmel Area School District has begun a Red Tornado Legacy Brick Project at the MCA Silver Bowl. All proceeds will go to the general upkeep of the stadium.
Tornado Alley brick orders are due May 1, 2019. Ordering by this date will guarantee your brick will be placed for the start of football season. The second order due date is October 1, 2019. Our goal will be to place the bricks at the stadium before the winter weather arrives. Moving forward orders will be placed twice per year: May 1st and October 1st. Contact the JH-SH Principal office for more information. Go Big Red!
