
Meal Order Form for Evening Pick-ups
Beginning Friday, Feb. 26th, “Grab and Go” bagged meals consisting of breakfast and lunch for Saturday and Sunday free of charge to all children 18 years of age and younger. If you are interested in picking up meals for your child, you must preorder the meals no later than 12:00 in the afternoon each Thursday. Weekend meals will be available for pickup on Fridays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm at the main entrance of the Mount Carmel Jr./Sr. High School. The Mount Carmel Area School District will immediately communicate with families, students, teachers, and staff members if they could be possibly considered a close contact related to any COVID-19 positive incident. As always, our school district will continue to work with our nursing department and the Pennsylvania Department of Health to provide the most up-to-date information as possible.

Student Achievement
Students manage assignments and grades
by logging in to the CSIU Student Information System. Parents are required to do a one-time registration to gain access to all student assignments and grades on the CSIU Parent Portal.
Daily Attendance
Proceed to the form to record your daily attendance.
Form must be completed by all MCA (synchronous, or asynchronous) Virtual Learners in 7th to 12th grade daily between 12:01am and 11:59pm.
Reminder for in person students: You still must contact the attendance office at 570 339-1500 (ext 3134) if you will not be present on a particular school day. This call should be completed by 9am.

Safe2Say Something
Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. The program teaches youth and adults how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late. Tornado Buddy Bag Program
The Mount Carmel Area School District continues to spearhead a fundraising campaign in an attempt to help fund the “Tornado Buddy Bag” program for the 2020-2021 school year. Find out more information and how you can help MCA students succeed.

The Mount Carmel Area School District has begun a Red Tornado Legacy Brick Project at the MCA Silver Bowl. All proceeds will go to the general upkeep of the stadium. The next order due date is May 1, 2020.
