Student Achievement

Students manage assignments and grades
by logging in to the CSIU Student Information System.  Parents are required to do a one-time registration to gain access to all student assignments and grades on the CSIU Parent Portal.

Safe2Say Something

On Monday, January 14th, the Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General will implement an anonymous reporting system called Safe2Say Something. A mobile app is now available to download from Google Play and Apple Store. Our school district will train our students concerning the reporting system in the coming days. 2019-20 Bus Schedule Change Deadlines

In preparation for the 2019-2020 school year, the Mount Carmel Area School District will require ALL transportation change requests be made no later than the end of the day Monday, August 19, 2019 for any returning MCA students whose family may have moved to a new address over the summer.  Read more and access transportation change request form.

Capital Improvement Bids Sought

The Mt. Carmel Area School District will be receiving sealed bids for milling and removal of
bituminous surfaces and bituminous resurfacing with incidental storm sewer work, and
concrete sidewalk replacement of designated areas at the school district campus located at 600
West Fifth Street, Mount Carmel, PA 17851. PROJECT MANUAL

clearly marked Mount Carmel Area School District 2020 Site Improvements Project and be
delivered to Mr. Bernard Stellar, Superintendent of the Mount Carmel Area School District, by

Tornado Buddy Bag Program

The Mount Carmel Area School District continues to spearhead a fundraising campaign in an attempt to help fund the “Tornado Buddy Bag” program for the 2020-2021 school year. Find out more information and how you can help MCA students succeed.

The Mount Carmel Area School District has begun a Red Tornado Legacy Brick Project at the MCA Silver Bowl. All proceeds will go to the general upkeep of the stadium. The next order due date is May 1, 2020.

Revitalize the Planetarium

The foundation has set a goal to raise the necessary funds to repair or replace the planetarium in the Mount Carmel Area High School.   If you would like to donate to the cause or any other of our current initiatives, you can do so on our donate page.  Please indicate for what project you would like your donation to be used.

Silver Bowl Turf Project

In the spring of 2019, Mount Carmel Area School District launched an unprecedented three-year fundraising initiative — to raise $ 1 million to restore and update Mount Carmel Area’s famed Silver Bowl Stadium. The main fundraising effort will go towards the installation of a new all-weather field.
