Aubree Hess (AKA Dimples) is very sweet but has just enough “sass” to stand up for herself and use her words. No matter who she is sitting next to, she tries to pay attention and do the right thing. She is usually one of the first ones ready and focused. Aubree is very responsible and always willing to help her friends and teachers.

Daniel is a wonderful student!  He always has something funny to make us laugh and is a great friend to others.  He is helpful, responsible, and I can always count on him to complete a task.  Daniel shows his Tornado Pride each day and is always ready and interested in learning.  He is a pleasure to have in class.  Way to go, Daniel!  

Avery Bush

1st Grade

First grade’s student of the month for April is Avery Bush. Avery is a pleasure to have in my classroom. Her personality lights up the room. She is very conscientious when completing her school work, always strives to do her best, and doesn’t give up even when things get hard. She actively participates in class and is very eager to learn new things. Avery shows Tornado Pride daily and I can always count on Avery to do the right thing even if I am not watching. Congrats Avery. I am very proud of you!

The second grade student of the month for April is Giselle Billus. Giselle is an exceptional student! She is a very hard worker and takes pride in her work. She is kind to her peers and is always willing to help anyone in need. Giselle always has a smile on her face and is a friend to everyone! Great job, Giselle! Keep up the great work!

Ryder Boblick

3rd Grade

The 3rd grade Student of the Month for April is Ryder Boblick. Ryder is kind and respectful to others and is always showing Tornado Pride. He has a gentle yet admirable personality. He has become much more open and honest with sharing his opinions and participating in class. He does what he is told right away, is always listening and ready, and proves to be an excellent role model for his peers day in and day out. He has grown so much this year and we are proud of his efforts!

4th Grade

Silas Poe was chosen as 4th Grade’s Student of the Month. Silas is a great kiddo in and out of the classroom. He puts forth his best effort in all subjects and strives to do his best each and every day. He follows the rules, displays Tornado PRIDE, and is a great mentor to his peers. He is very polite and is always willing to assist his teachers in any way possible. He shows integrity and always makes sure to do the right thing when no one is watching. You will always find a smile on Silas’ face! We are so proud of Silas. Way to go!

5th Grade

Fifth Grade’s student of the month for April is Alexis Tyc. Alexis is the kind of student that every teacher wants and hopes to have in their class. She has a contagious smile that can light up any room that she’s in and she has a warmth about her that makes people want to be in her presence. Ever the optimist, Alexis has a knack for finding and bringing out the best in even the worst of situations. She will work extremely hard at the tasks at hand and will do whatever she can to better herself.
She is not afraid to ask questions, seek help, or put in extra time and effort to make academic improvements and that is admirable!  Alexis is a great student and an even greater person and we hope more kids will follow in her footsteps! We are so proud of you, Alexis! Keep it up!
Samantha Siegrist

Samantha is a quiet, well-mannered, and compassionate student who is consistently
pleasant and cheerful. She is an overall excellent student and a role model for her
classmates. She is always willing to go the extra mile and earns distinguished honors
each marking period. She goes out of her way to help other students and her teachers.
Not only is Samantha successful in school, but she is also involved with basketball and
dance. Congratulations, Samantha! You are a joy to teach and we are more than proud
to have you as our student of the month. Keep up the great work!
